Food was very good. Service good as well. A hole in the wall type of place so can't say the ambiance was anything. We were there for the food. Quiet restaurant so a plus for being able to converse without loud background noise.

I really enjoyed my experience at Happy Garden! There are basically no Chinese restaurants near my home, so I'm happy there are still some traditional places somewhat nearby! I ordered the Lunch Special which they offer every day including weekends. It includes a main dish of your choice, steamed rice or fried rice, appetizer of the day, and hot & sour or egg flower or wonton soup (extra). I chose Cashew Chicken, steamed rice, and hot & sour soup. The appetizer was a fried egg roll. The next time I visit I think I'll try a different main dish and I'll go for the fried rice! All the food was really good, the price was cheap, and we had lots of leftovers! The inside was very comfortable with many booths and tables. It wasn't very crowded and we got to choose where we wanted to sit. Our waiter was awesome. He was very professional (repeated our order to us) and prompt (we did not have to wait for anything). I would definitely come here again.
